Laguna Beach Engagement Shoot

Jake + Delaney rocked this Laguna Beach engagement shoot! It’s so nice shooting with friends and being laid back & just hanging out while taking cute photos. Firstly, Jake was so chill and Delaney was so cheerful throughout the shoot. The sunset was perfect and I was getting all of the summer beach vibes that I was craving after a few months of not shooting. Thankfully the beach wasn’t super crowded and we were able to shoot in our own little corner at the beach.

Their outfits were perfect and they even braved the freezing waters for some super fun bikini shots! I love when clients follow my What to Wear Guide to a T and end up with a solid wardrobe for their session! I also provide a Pinterest board to help my clients get some inspiration for their session. This along with the posing turned out to be the perfect summer night photoshoot!

I get a lot of people nervous to get photographed because they don’t know what to do or how to pose. But, don’t worry! I will prompt you to look just as natural as these two did for their session. Furthermore, I like to cater each session to the couple’s dynamic. For instance, if you are more laid back, then I will use more relaxed prompts and poses to really convey your relationship. It’s all in the little details to show your love story.
