Carlsbad Beach Engagement | Bree + Christa

A warm summer evening with these two at this Carlsbad beach engagement! Bree + Christa are such a sweet couple & I was so excited to work with them! Bree found me through a mutual friend and came all the way out here from the East Coast to shoot with me!

From the beginning they were so laid back and fun! It felt like we were just hanging out and taking pictures in between. It was their first time in front of the camera but you couldn’t even tell.

Carlsbad beach is a perfect location for cliff views and the beach! It’s a great spot for engagements, family, and especially elopements! This location is in northern San Diego and offers so many different options.

However, the cliff area is pretty small and can get cramped. I typically try to remind my clients that there may be some climbing and off roading here!

After we finished up on the cliffs, we went down to the beach to walk around and take in the sunset. It was the most beautiful sunset with cotton candy skies!
