Romantic San Diego Museum of Art Engagement Session

This San Diego Museum of Art engagement session is one for the books! When Michelle first started talking about her engagement session with Sam, she told me she wanted something different than most people, she wanted it to be at a museum!! Of course I was so excited to try something fun and new so we reached out to the San Diego Museum of Art. This amazing museum is located in Balboa Park (which is also a really cute place to shoot.)

We walked around and took in the beautiful art, all while making some! Their outfits perfectly went with their session (the bow is such a cute touch!) This San Diego Museum of Art engagement session is a great example that you don’t always have to shoot at conventional places. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good beach engagement session, but it’s so fun when clients want to mix it up!

These two were so nervous leading up to the shoot but did an amazing job once the session started! My clients almost always say they’ve never been in front of a camera and that they’re nervous but then they rock their shoot! I try my best to make everyone feel comfortable so that they can be themselves in front of me and my camera without having to worry.
