Glamis Sand Dunes Engagement

Had the best time at this Glamis Sand Dunes engagement session! Jake + Kelsey are friends of mine and we were originally supposed to shoot in Joshua Tree but when the traffic said 4 hours to get there–we changed plans! We drove about two hours out to the Glamis sand dunes and had the whole area to ourselves!

It was definitely way windier than we expected and we were all eating sand during the shoot. Despite that, we had so much fun running up and down the hills and laughing at the sand everywhere.

We hiked around the dunes and found a little spot to shoot at that hid us from some of the wind. The sunset was beautiful and it cast the best golden light on everything! This Glamis Sand Dunes session was the perfect adventure shoot! What better way to show that you’re in California than a cool Glamis Sand Dunes engagement shoot?

Kelsey’s hair was flying everywhere and you can see how windy it was! Also aren’t their outfits super cute? All of my sessions come with an outfit change so you can have a casual and nicer outfit! This Pinterest board has a lot of great ideas for your shoot!
